Let’s be honest: We all want perfect skin. But even the most diligent skincare fanatic will find that our skin just refuses to cooperate sometimes. In the current climate, the contents of our make-up bags are undeniably shifting and tinted moisturizers are the happy medium between minimal makeup and your bare skin.
I’m trying out the new Fenty Beauty Eazedrop Blurring skin tint. When it comes to face makeup, there’s a very specific sweet spot between tinted moisturizer and foundation. Tinted moisturizer is the complexion product you never knew you needed. Not only will the right formula cut down the time of your morning makeup routine, but it perfectly blends makeup and skincare to fix imperfections, enhance your complexion, protect you from the sun, boost hydration, and give you a healthy glow.
According to the brand, the tint delivers a “natural, soft-blur finish” to the skin, and the coverage is “longwear but light as air.” Fenty released 25 adaptable shade options. The shade range mirrors the Pro Filt’r range in skin-tone diversity, so if you already know your skin-tone number in one of the Pro Filt’r Foundations, you’ll be able to easily find your Eaze Drop match.
It’s true that spending less time in public and social settings has inspired many people to take a break from heavier makeup and instead use lightweight options that enhance the skin while still looking natural. A tint is the perfect alternative if you want something double-duty that can hydrate but also lend a little coverage during your workday.
I’m usually in the shade 400 in Pro Filtr Foundations. Check out my demo and review on Fenty’s skin tint and let me know in the comments if a tinted moisturizer will be your go-to moving forward. I kinda feel like I may make the big switch from traditional foundation and just use the tint.
